ORSAN is a company that can make a complete production of a part from a technical drawing or a 3D model.   It is able to design and produce within its corporate structure its own apparatus for production, design its own CAD/CAM programs, and design its own machines and tooling.  It has an advanced knowledge and experience in the designing and production of individual casting moulds.

• UNIGRAPHICS NX 5.0
• DNC data transfer for all CNC machines

Designing

• Designing and production of all parts that are going to be put into production
• Designing and production of special tools.
• Designing and production of Investment Casting moulds
• Simulation of moving parts.

Quality Control and Quality Assurance

Every single product produced is looked over by a quality control expert with a 3 dimensional CMM device and other measurement tools, for conformance to technical drawings and specifications in the direction of the customers' needs and demands.  A report is prepared with the outcome of these measurements.
